Sorgu Odası, Melih Çıray tarafından geliştirilen bir mobil oyundur. Bu metin, oyunu oynarken ve bu siteyi kullanırken hangi verilerin toplandığını, ne için kullanıldığını ve kimlerle paylaşıldığını anlatır.

Hesap yok, reklam yok

Oyun için hesap açman gerekmez. Adını, telefon numaranı ya da konumunu istemeyiz. Uygulamada reklam, reklam takibi veya üçüncü taraf analiz aracı yoktur.

Oyunda toplanan veriler

• Cihaz kimliği: Uygulama ilk açılışta rastgele bir kimlik üretir ve telefonunda saklar. Bu kimlik seni tanımlamaz; sadece oyun ilerlemeni (hangi vakayı oynadığın, kaç soru kullandığın) eşleştirmek için kullanılır.
• Sorguların: Şüphelilere yazdığın sorular, gösterdiğin deliller ve şüphelilerin cevapları.
• Sonuçların: Suçlaman ve aldığın puan.

Lütfen sorularına ad, adres, telefon gibi kişisel bilgiler yazma. Oyunun bunlara ihtiyacı yok.

Veriler nerede tutulur ve kimlerle paylaşılır

• Cloudflare: Oyun sunucumuz ve veritabanımız Cloudflare üzerinde çalışır. Oyun verileri Cloudflare'in Batı Avrupa bölgesindeki veritabanında saklanır.
• Anthropic: Şüphelilerin cevaplarını Anthropic'in Claude yapay zekâ modeli üretir. Bunun için sorun, o şüpheliyle o ana kadarki konuşman ve vakanın bilgileri Anthropic'e gönderilir. Cihaz kimliğin gönderilmez. Anthropic bu verileri kendi ticari şartları ve gizlilik politikası kapsamında işler.

Verilerini satmayız ve reklam amacıyla kimseyle paylaşmayız.

Bekleme listesi

Bu sitede e-posta adresini bırakırsan, onu yalnızca uygulama App Store'a çıktığında sana haber vermek için kullanırız. Adres, seçtiğin dille birlikte veritabanımızda saklanır. Listeden çıkmak için bize yazman yeterli.

Saklama süresi

Oyun kayıtları, vakaların kalitesini iyileştirmek ve hataları bulmak için saklanır. Kayıtlar adına değil, rastgele cihaz kimliğine bağlıdır. Silinmesini istersen bize yaz; hangi kayıtların sana ait olduğunu birlikte belirleyip sileriz.

Çocuklar

Sorgu Odası 12 yaş ve üzeri için tasarlanmıştır. 13 yaşından küçük çocuklardan bilerek veri toplamayız.

Hakların

KVKK ve GDPR kapsamında verilerine erişme, düzeltilmesini ya da silinmesini isteme hakkın var. Bunun için iletisim@sorguodasi.app adresine yazabilirsin.

Değişiklikler

Bu politika değişirse güncel hali bu sayfada yayımlanır ve yukarıdaki tarih güncellenir.

Interrogation Room (Sorgu Odası) is a mobile game developed by Melih Çıray. This page explains what data is collected when you play the game or use this site, what it's used for and who it's shared with.

No account, no ads

You don't need an account to play. We don't ask for your name, phone number or location. The app has no ads, no ad tracking and no third-party analytics.

Data collected in the game

• Device ID: On first launch the app creates a random ID and stores it on your phone. It doesn't identify you; it only links your game progress (which case you played, how many questions you used).
• Your interrogations: The questions you type, the evidence you show and the suspects' answers.
• Your results: Your accusation and your score.

Please don't type personal details such as your name, address or phone number into your questions. The game doesn't need them.

Where data is stored and who it's shared with

• Cloudflare: Our game server and database run on Cloudflare. Game data is stored in a database in Cloudflare's Western Europe region.
• Anthropic: Suspects' answers are written by Anthropic's Claude AI model. To do that, your question, your conversation with that suspect so far and the case details are sent to Anthropic. Your device ID is not sent. Anthropic processes this data under its commercial terms and privacy policy.

We don't sell your data or share it with anyone for advertising.

Waitlist

If you leave your email on this site, we use it only to tell you when the app is on the App Store. It's stored in our database together with the language you chose. To be removed, just email us.

Retention

Game records are kept to improve case quality and to find bugs. Records are linked to the random device ID, not to your name. If you'd like yours deleted, email us and we'll work out together which records are yours and delete them.

Children

Interrogation Room is designed for ages 12 and up. We don't knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and Turkey's KVKK you can ask to access, correct or delete your data. Email iletisim@sorguodasi.app.

Changes

If this policy changes, the current version will be published on this page and the date above updated.
